I think they will make changes in game in terms of Haru/Sora because if I go by episode 3, since he initiated it he seems to like Kazuha alot if they go from that (unless using a reset or something) to him suddenly loving sora I think it will look kind of shallow.
Though the synopsis for the game and anime said something about remembering memories of the past so maybe if they go with making sora a love interest, him realizing his love for her will have something to with this.
Also although kissing one girl does not mean she is going to be main love interests as seen in past harem/love animes, but at the same time none of the other leads from either Kanon/shuffle etc made a clear indication that they favoured one girl (until the end) and none of them kissed like that.
Previous male leads actions were always a bit ambigious
If I remember correctly most of the girls in the running intiated the kiss not the guys in previous anime.
