What we know so far from Magellan is that he doesn't release toxic gas. So I consider Slime an even more threatening creature than Venom Demon as Slime also poisons the air besides it's obvious deadly slime body. An invisible enemy (toxic gas) is much more trouble than a visible one (venomous slime). The size doesn't really matter.
