Well the Elder Things have already been shown in the background, ditto with the shoggoths (SAAAYAAAAA). I wouldn't be surprised if we even have something on the Mi-Gou too in the future, but I'd like to see more Great Old Ones or Outer Gods added to the cast. Like Atlach-Nacha/Atko for example.

On a more serious note, Nyar-o slaughtered a bunch of Old Gods in the Dreamlands. But if I remember right didn't Nyarlathothep have a bunch of them under his protection in the Mythos?
