Hayashimizu gets my vote, cause I'm a guy and don't really go for the looks...
I have to admit sousuke looks cool, whilst at the same time good-looking and with a aura of working hard, but Hayashimizu just always manipulates and looks like a boss-figure (lol, every anime has one of these :P)
