unfortunately i don't see that happening because he is to kind of a person to do that, he will find out or knows what he did and he will take reponsibility, which makes me think the promise that saki will make is to shoko to "take care of haruto" and locket she is looking at is probably of him,
edit: you know i wouldn't be surprised if saki was pregnant after this, wouldn't put it past sunrise to do a something like that, i mean that scene with kira n flay in seed, then that scene with the glasses girl in code geass, they've been known to do controversial things like that
