yes yes yes, but, kabuto was not a big deal at all according to the leaf. Saskue was also, just another ninja with great capibilities (look how far he's come.) and wasn't Yura following the ataksukis members' orders? I mean you can't really say "no" to an atkatsuki member without being killed.
