There might be some confusion here. Espada is not a species of hollow or arrancar. It's just a special rank given to the strongest 10 arrancar in Aizen's army. Yami was an adjuchas-class menos hollow before becoming an arrancar and being joined into the Espada, if that's what you're asking.

And yeah....you know they've shown us that Aizen managed to collect 10 Espadas? Does it mean that there are still some Espadas around who are a lot stronger than the ones in Espada 10?

Yes. There are former Espada stronger than some of those in the current 10.
