Kuesu got hit by a dude, probably what you guys call Shuten (forgetting names...). A few minutes before, I think Kuesu had the upper hand, but was at least equal in terms of strength to the dude. However, Shizuka got attacked by some other creature. Kuesu reminisced about the Shizuka events and saved her. However, she made a mortal mistake; she turned her back to the one she was fighting against. Enemy attacked, Kuesu got pierced.

and then Kuesu got right back up and vaporized shuten in one shot. Which is completely ridiculous since she could have done that from the very beginning >_<
