I'd say chances are that Minerva struck Kagura down. She's so obsessed with winning that I doubt she would let either of the two to get group leader points. Wait till they are exhausted and when a defeat seems assured strike down the stronger one by surprise and then take out the most weakened one for an easy 10 points. But this will more serve to piss off Erza and an utter beatdown of Minerva will follow.

Agreed. Minerva probably struck down Kagura. Or someone took the blow for Erza. Probably the former.
