So this actually makes me think how much of the trailer is just trolling... we see snake choking him in his cell later in the trailer... but here he is just fine (and i doubt that the cell scene is later in the timeline).
When Huey is "tortured" he only wears a mask and is awoken with a splash of water... so maybe they just abducted him without his knowledge and troll him by scareing him a little before they get him back on board.
Of course, all the atrocities by the heroes shown in the trailer could be just what they seem.

Possible Chico is brainwashed and Snake/BigBoss ko's him for a moment.
It's like so you're gonna play both sides, you get the torture via Ocelot.
Also note he's no longer called Naked Snake here he's called "Punished Snake" like in the garden of Eden where the Snake will fight and eat amongst themselves as we seen here Snake is fighting and killing off people. Now the question is there still a "EAT" menu to recover stamina since there are live stock and animals around the game.
