Well not 200,000, but do recall that I think it was mentioned that its not really easy for vampires to produce offspring, at least the females. Which is why I believe that Akasha only birthed Moka, in her 200+ known years of life. Though granted that 160 of those were spent inside Alucard the first time. But that doesn't discount however many years prior to that, that she's been alive to have any kids at that time either.
But, follow the trend of the bull and Issa, having all daughters is probably not a coincidence. On the other hand, It may have been one after all, but to connect the dots in this issue and arriving at the same place via seemingly unrelated subjects, is unusual and amazing. It kind of feels like crazy troll logic at work here.
