By the way, of course this isn't the case; still only 9 DVDs/BDs.
This is just very typical for J.C. Staff shows. For Shana II, it didn't change 'till 16, for Index it didn't change 'till 17, for Toradora it didn't change 'till 17, and so on. Obviously it just isn't a huge priority for them to change OP/EDs with the season dividers; it'll be done when it's done, I suppose. (Personally speaking, I don't really see what the big deal is, but... ...)
