I stumbled upon an anime that might interest you: Oniichan no Koto Nanka Zenzen Suki Janain Dakara ne.
(and although ecchi is not mentioned in this link, it's pantsu shot gallore).
It's almost the same setting as KissXsis, though you may not like the character design.
