Again, can't post EVERYTHING right now, but here's some more cool Green info:
-Roger's mustache was originally nose hair.
-Don Krieg was planned to have a mecha form.
-A female fish-swordsman named Maple Reed was planned to fight Zoro at AP instead of Hachi (maybe we'll see her in the current storyline?).
Moria(h) was originally gonna be a priest with a split personality, then a tactician with 4 traps (which soon became his underlings).
I'd post more, but I gotta go now (maybe anyone else?)...
