I'm pretty sure its the exact same BGM as the one they used in the Initial D! parody.
Also did nobody catch the Pseudo Gundam Reference (The paraphrased Char Quote) that the teacher uttered. It's at about 6:27-6:31.
Also I hereby demand that the mystery loli that appears at the 8:06 mark be in every episode from now on. In like 10 seconds she is more loli-moe than the entire cast of the episode.
Oh and I just now sat down for the ending theme. Man! Aya Hirano is a champion at bad Engrish.
