Because the episode only showed up on the list in the last couple of hours I'm going to spoiler tag my thoughts and absolute confusion about Episode 3.

White Album - Episode 3
:
So to begin, it goes without saying that I really enjoyed this episode. As I have come to expect from this series it has lots of interesting surprises and twists that continually leave me confused and looking at my computer monitor with a very confused face that I try not to display often. Between Touya being dragged around on the phone for a quarter of the episode and suddenly becoming Rina's manager, and then her displaying a very convincing act that lead to lots of lovey-dovey time on the roof with Yuki, and him being fired the next day. Then we have the issue of him stalking a more-than-likely nice young girl for a long period of time until being pelted by a paper airplane telling him to skip his tutoring job for the day.
For me... The most confusing part was the very end though. I haven't been this confused in a while. I must have missed something significant because I have absolutely no idea why Mr. Albino President was down the hall, why Rina suddenly barged in and found him there, and all sorts of things. All I know... Is that Rina is absolutely awesome. Usually when I watch a romance anime that has all these different girls going for the same guy I don't entirely like any of the options except for one (on a very rare occasion, maybe two). In this case, I think I might be rooting for Rina. The sad fact of the matter is that usually I like the main female love interest the most. It's a shocking development.
