Yes. Currently we have no plans to "unlock" the forum once it's moved into the
Older Series Discussion section. An example is the
Kashimashi, it has remained a "limited" forum after the series has ended.
We would still accept requests for new threads, such as a "Final Thoughts" / "Series Ending" discussion threads.
