I dont know about you but i see it really far away the possibility of eden ever trusting aria the same way again specially after this episode. He will forgive her no doubt about it.
But how far can you trust someone who tricked you into betraying your own family and ideals?
Besides siblings or not it is obvious toei wants to focus on kouga and aria is relationship (romantic or not) and her developing something romantic with eden would lose focus on that.
