It's hardly been
2 years since out last female Gundam pilots you know ,and then there are the likes of Rain Mikamura and Allenby Beardsley from G Gundam, which was in
1994, only 15 years ago.
This isn't including all the various recent sidestories, novels and mangas out there including Ecole Du Ciel, which has a female Gundam pilot (Asuna Elmarit) as the lead.
