first of all, silver is not inside the reiji maigo, he is shown to be inside seireiden in episode 17
and in episode 14, pheles told them that sabrac casted a spell on the reiji maigo before it was transfered to yuji (so sabrac is not inside of reijji maigo, he put something in).
