Seriously how they have not been scouted yet is a mystery? If their video getting positive feedback there should be agencies interested. Kotori must be rich genius to manage to sew 7 costumes for girls in such short time.

Well, while what they've accomplished is impressive in a way, and I don't want to take too much away from that, we should remember that...
1) It was a video taped performance done in front of a crowd of, oh, about five or six people.
2) It was uploaded to an internet site that I would presume is similar to YouTube.
Talent Agencies aren't going to beat down your door just because you get some good feedback for an amateur music video put up on YouTube.
Now, should these girls go on to do well in "Love Live!", then yeah, at that point, the talent agencies should be showing serious interest.
