That last figure covered by that black oval withe the white "H" could either be the PX-Z, Sengoku, or even the post time-skip Akainu. Speaking of the first two, the PX-Z looks like it works for our main antagonist. As for Sengoku, I'm not sure wether it's age or a frightful experience that made his hair from black to white.
