It true than even Mikuru (
Big ) is not enough big for being considerated as
handicaped.
The real problem is when a character with
larges mammary protuberancces than is only being characterized as a
larges mammary protuberance's support ( any one than had see 1 ep of kanokon may know of what I am talking).
Mikuru is much more than that; she is annoying, imature ,clumzy and have little/none character developpement.
