No you are mistaken. I guess you probably hasn't read the chapter 7 for volume 13 in which Shizuka herself states that playboy bloodline came from his grandfather and his teaching meanwhile his hot-blooded nature and his misbehaving nature came from his father which can be interpreted as his father was also a lady magnet.
