If you ask if they do *that* ,then the answer it's no.
But from vol 10 Ise and Rias are a couple.In vol 10 the girls do say their feeling toward him(Asia,Akeno,koneko .) vol 11 Koneko confesses / proposed.
Vol 12 they set up some kind of date list or better Ise just say about the one with Rias the date they will have the weekend and the other start for Xenovia just say i'm the next ecc. With Akeno say that when they all finish she just will have a date with him in the bed.
