It has to do with a lot of things. You keep proclaiming that Shioon's eagerness to come to Saehee's aid is proof of his romantic affection, when it's very obvious he will go to just about any lengths for a random stranger, just as well.

I think he values Saehee quite well enough, as a very good friend he wants to keep out of all the mess he's in, but romantic affection? From the chaste, clumsy Shioon...?
