Season 1 wasn't a great storyline either tbh. The most interesting part about it was Charles and charlotte other then that its a classic case of the girls. Houki and Rin were childhood friends. Cecelia and laura were defeated enemies charmed and charlotte well she fell for him because despite the deception she still had his back mostly because she was manipulated like he was. This show has only one selling point and that's the fact that the main harem girls are all attractive and really choosing in between them is a matter of preference.
