As for a solution right now, I dunno. I'll try to find some more 'help' posts that AVPlaya made.
::edit:: Oh ho ho, now I'm not getting that 'Error:Proxy!!!' message of death at the code getting page anymore. Now it says, " ERROR：コード発行制限中。。。しばらく待って ". Rikaichan tells me this roughly means that there's a code issuing restriction, and to wait a sec. Let's see how this turns out. If it turns out that I'm unbanned, I'll give you codes, Aya.
