It won't exactly be news until an agreement with Cyberfront has been reached. At any rate, Hirameki's biggest challenge will be to cope with an absence of upcoming releases (since they're still paying employees with little money flowing in).

It's a work in progress, but even if they get even right now, it would still be a long time (at least next year) till the would be able to get the game out. Right now Hirameki really is looking for something to hold them over till they can get some new titles out.

On the bright side, the company isn't in too bad of a shape right now. Nonetheless, they need to generate some revenue in the meantime.
