We kind of knew this was going to be a re-cap, so I wasn't really bothered that much by it. What irked me most was the severe drop in animation quality of the new stuff. Especially since the episode puts it almost back-to-back to the older, higher quality scenes makes it really noticeable.
And of course even Suguha's water trauma has to be related to Kirito somehow...
