I just did. He is basically repeating what he was saying, but in Engrish.
The ribbon was looping this:
"Dance and Get heat."
"In spite of the hart of no liberty."
"Water"
This is essentially the same as what he was saying, but they obviously miss-spelt "Heart" for "hart"
They probably assume no one is crazy enough to check.
