So.... this episode we have:

-Antics, still having Ange on the ambiguous end of things
-Pilots acknowledge personality changes and note Ange's case is extreme with even him knowing it (at least now, not sure if he knew before)
-The reveal of a second Wulgaru defector, this one unknown and male; it will most likely be Izuru or Ange
-A look at Earth's politics complete with underhanded information selling
-Rhinos to be mass produced (eventually)
-A new global defense force grunt mecha (I think)
-Apparently the GDF factions are similar to Gundam 00: Russia/China vs. North America vs. probably Europe (not stated)
-A new ending theme with the visuals featuring just the guys (and it was bleh)

And hey Asagi gets a level of character development, did not see that coming.
