"You can't tell how your own body smells, so do I smell all right?"
A healthy-looking, brown-skinned, bright, and energetic girl.
Since she wears a school uniform, she is probably a transfer student to somewhere.
She has learned a lot of erroneous information about Japanese culture, so she is mistaken about how to wear a uniform and how it is supposed to look.
She is also an original character from Kamachi-sensei's original story.

Inside, she has a "hope" that she wants to accomplish even if it puts her life at risk.
The bottle in her hand seems to be related to that..
