Actually, it's Live-Evil using the Japanese DVD rips. Anime Urchins is using old VHS fansub releases for their sources, and the only way they can get the quality to be any good is to make gigantic encodes. They say on their site they may do a release based on the DVDs (and thus would have smaller files), but that wouldn't be until they finish encoding the VHS rips.
