I dismissed it at first, assuming it was just a speaking style, but since her father is the man who wrote the "rules" for mystery genre reasoning... Those are just my suspicions, as im in the ???? reading them down and seeing things like "force doubts truth"... and wondering...

I think Klash answered this a few pages ago, but the capitalized words are ones that she put emphasis on in Japanese by using "desu" after them. It's her speech pattern, but it's possible some of those words are something we should be paying attention to.
