I'd say that only one route has a happy ending, the others are either open endings or bittersweet ones at best.

Well then...considering I hate bitter-sweet endings and ain't too fond of open endings either I guess I better just stop playing then...
And man...if they have info like that in other routes and already enforce a play order to unlock certain routes they might as well just go all out and enforce all routes to go in a certain order.
