More half-breeds, eh? Sounds interesting. The only real credit I can give to franky being half merman would be his name: Cutty Flam. Do you honestly think a human would name someone that? Unless his parents hated him that much....
And what was the deal with the new world pirates coming in? I'd like a little more info on that.
