I don´t think Ohana´s grandma will be dying anytime soon. At least not in episode 10. As for Kissuiso going bankrupt...hmm, I guess that´s a possibility but again I think its too early.
I'll take a wild guess and say that either:
1. Ko confesses to Ohana again, but this time Ohana responds by turning him down. (Or accepting him...20% chance?)
2. Minko confesses to Tooru (hardly doubt it)
3. Ohana´s mom comes to Kissuiso (Maybe a 30% chance?)
4. Ohana is called back to the city by her mom (15% chance?)
Meh, Idk, my theories are just theories. Don't throw rocks at me Ko/Ohana fans! D:
