I think we have enough evidence to conclude that Suzuha is John Titor. John Titor says he's trying to stop Sern from creating a dystopia in the future, and Suzuha has acted strangely toward a couple things, like how she thought a helicopter was dropping bombs and thought that Okarin really was brainwashed. The connection makes sense. It's only a matter of time before she reveals her true identity.
