Ran a tsundere? I have to disagree. She's not even close to being a tsundere as she does show affection towards Rei. She's more of a burikko.
I would opt for Benten or Fujinami Ryunosuke as being the closest to tsundere in
Urusei Yatsura. They are both tomboyish at nature, but show signs of dere as well (especially Ryunosuke towards Shinobu wwww).
