I agree that Kakashi is smart and i said that, and i agree that Kakashi
knew better to use sharingan ..
But he is not smarter then Shikamaru and Sasuke now know better to use sharingan then Kakashi, except that Kakashi have Mangekyou sharingan. And he is not near Kibas scent.
