Mermaids without fins at all, now that is a new one 
But I rather like the design of the characters as well as the use of an extensive palette of colours together with those cute "chibi" moments.
The story on the otherhand may become too slow for me to continue if it continues to take on this relaxed pacing. It wasn't a bad first ep as it moved in a "my pace" sorta way, but I am really worried how this may lead to extreme boredom if the story is largely slow and unactive.
However, the characters are damn cute. Maybe that will help me last to the end.
