The joke is that even though Sakura is seen as the perfect girl but her quirk is that she's a big fan of those Weird Creepy dolls. Plus the mystery that all of the Kampfers are associated with those dolls too suggest that either the company making theses dolls are behind the Kampfer Tournament or Sakura is the real mastermind.
