Seems the name of the game is "Brave Duel" and by the looks of it it will be a children's card game played by actual childrens as Vita, Fate and Dearche seems to be the only members of their respective families playing it. The three of them seems to be rivals of sorts.

Nanoha, Arisa and Suzuka seems to be newcomers xD
