I wonder if I am the only one who has read the Hayate manga and still likes the anime rendition of it? I mean, the anime makes me crack up like the manga does, and thats what counts to me.
kyaa hinagiku. Its funny how she is shamelessly exploited by the animators (and narrator) in various events because she is the fan favorite of the series by a pretty decent margin.
I laughed pretty hard at this....
edit
Spoiler for Just incase, refrencing manga:
Seeing Nagi's little cat pretty much means they are going to show the Hinagiku arc at the end of the season (if they go for 52 eps again )
Some other things, the nun, the wooden sword of hinagiku's, and other characters points to various parts of the story they will be addressing (although, the manga timeline and the anime one happens to be different) But considering the fact that they have skipped alot of various stuff, this season ahas alot of room to expand on said skipped events, so the second season is looking promising.
Although, as mentioned by other posters, some of it doesnt seem to fit, but its alright, it only takes some minor editing(ie word choice) to give certain events that wouldnt go well in the manga to fall smoothly in the anime. Just always keep in mind that both stories are essentually the same, but presented differently.
