That's an easy question. The Internet needs an "Idiot Filter", a database of every single one of its users listed by IP address and narrowed by typing habits, number of typos and abbreviations per line.
A very handy USB-powered Boxing glove should also be installed on top of every monitor and fired when deemed necessary by the community.
