Rather than wanting equality, both men and women want what their gender appears to lack in. Women seeking equality being the more notable one as they were obviously the more restricted gender. I notice some women feel entitled to everything that they are treated in lesser manner by society when they are already greater than men in other things.

My biggest problem with gender equality is that society has lower expectations for women in that regard and with a mix of perverted corruption.
*Regarding Ontario, Canada. A province I believe to be one of the relatively least prejudice states in the world.

It makes plenty of sense to me that stats show female wage average is less than male when post-secondary graduate ratios already show the same imbalance. So these graphs to me show absolutely nothing about the true problem. (except that education general pays off xD)

A province I believe to be one of the relatively* least prejudice states in the world. Spoiler for education: The engineering faculty in my university has like a 12:1 male female ratio. And majority of the females in my particular division are extremely incompetent. Why? Because their entrance requirements are lowered. I know plenty of females who are competent in a higher-class professions but they are just so few in number. I believe the cause of that is childhood and teenage influence. In high school, there were so many females who got higher GPA simply because they flirt with the teacher -.-". A friend of mine couldn't go to Yale because her parents think it's a bad idea to go so far from home. She got accepted into Yale. Her dad is a family doctor and mom is a corporate sales manager. They have more than enough money for her education. Meanwhile they bitch at her all day about how all her boyfriend's aren't in some top-tier university. There's a severe lack of that push for females compared to males.
