Did I miss something? I'm a bit confused. What kind of anime movies are you talking about : high, average or low budget? 'cause most
super high budget anime movies I know are worth more than 1 billion yen while the lowest are cheaper than a TV anime episode. I admit except for Solid State Society, I don't know how much this kind of movie costs though (assuming it's full movie length).
