Though it hasn't been made plain yet in the LN, it appears that NANA-sempai is an old friend of Linda's. Because of that, I presume she is quite aware of Banri's situation, but for the same reason as Linda (or perhaps for differing reasons) does not reveal herself as somebody who knew the old Banri.
In any case, the name "NANA-sempai" is probably not her real name, but rather a reference to a this manga:
