Well, I can see how you would hate Konata. She definitely does take advantage of her friends to some degree and she teases Kagami. Sometimes it can get on your nerves, but Konata does have plenty of moments where she is picked on or the tides are turned on her. I usually find those moments more funny since she's the boke in this situation.
But, I do kind of agree that you will see a few characters in Lucky Star you really don't like. I can't stand Minami and Yutaka.
